I love it – it can be a game changer! It makes a huge difference to the week, mealtimes run smoother, saves you time and money plus gives you heaps of healthy choices. What is not to love?
Some stuff I prep up for the week:
➡ A tray of roasted vege – add to salads, easy delish lunches – just so many options.
➡ Sweeties – whether it be biscuits, muffins or bliss balls, there is always something a bit sweet.
➡ Snacks – some boiled eggs, beetroot chips, roasted chickpeas.
➡ A dip – delish with those veggies sticks & full of more vege.
➡ A main meal – love those recipes that can be doubled for later in the week or frozen for later in the month. Think spag bog tonight, then leftovers into a shepherd’s pie later in the week, tonight’s roast vege is tomorrows frittata.
