Yeah it is a bit “science-y” in places but it links ideas you may not have given thought to. It mentions the gut’s microbiome’s links with major depressive disorders, autism spectrum disorder, schizophrenia & IBS.
Basically – what you eat impacts immensely on your health – essentially how your body deals with your health depends on what you eat. Huh, amazing right!
