A tasty way to start the month.. Hello March!

Easy & delish – what is not to love?  A great dip for snacking with vegie sticks or crackers, but equally fabulous enough to take to a friend’s house & share – hello Autumn BBQs!  

Sweet Potato Dip

Source: Histamine Friendly Kitchen

Serves: 4

Ideal for: low histamine, gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian & vegan

Ingredients:

🙖 400g sweet potato, baked

🙖 2 tbsp. almond butter

🙖 2 tbspn. extra virgin olive oil

🙖 2 tbsp. apple juice

🙖 1 tsp. turmeric

🙖 1 tsp. smoked paprika

🙖 ¼ tsp. all spice

🙖 ¼ tsp. ginger

Directions:

🙗 Add all ingredients to blender, blitz until smooth.

🙗 Voila! Yup, pretty easy with great results & who doesn’t love that!
